6. Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
Zilla Capital may:
- Share customer data with CRBs
- Access CRB information for credit assessment
- Report defaults in compliance with the law

8. Limitation of Liability
Zilla Capital shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
